Law is dynamic. Dead hand of the past cannot stifle the growth of the living present. Law must constantly be on the move adapting itself to the fast changing society. The objective of law is to brings about development and growth in every walk of life. The new challenges that emerge must be addressed through extensive research and dialogue. There may be times when we are powerless to prevent injustice, but there must never be a time when we fail to protest.

Through the JURISEDGE JOURNAL OF JURIDICAL RESEARCH, we aim to provide a platform for law students, academicians, lawyers and jurists interested in the field to voice their opinions freely and openly. The entire rationale behind having a peer reviewed journal without theme is to encourage different perspectives not only from those in the legal community, but also from the general populous having a keen interest in legal issues. The articles in the journal are from diverse fields of law and cover several contemporary issues.
